It’s your time to be heard, thoroughly evaluated, and appropriately treated because your quality of life matters.

Dry needling is a technique involving the insertion of thin needles directly into muscle spasms to stimulate a healing response. When a muscle is inflamed or over-worked, it can become “stuck” in the contracted position. This causes a chronic, self-propagating problem that keeps the muscle tight and dysfunctional. The muscle will be weaker, less flexible, and increase risk of injury. Dry needling will look to “reset” the muscle spasm and allow it to function normally by restoring its natural chemical and physiological environment.
-
Cupping is a technique used to target myofascial restrictions & tension present throughout superficial myofascial tissue. Cups are stratigically placed in order to produce localized suction, which enhances elasticity and brings bloodflow to the area to promote tissue healing & repair.
-
Graston is a technique used to reduce myofascial restrictions & tension present throughout superficial myofascial tissue. It is a form of tissue mobilization in which a stainless steel tool is strategically scraped along targeted areas to address scar tissue and adhesions present.
-
Pelvic adjustments can be performed to correct pelvic obliquity, including anterior or posterior rotations, up-slips, or out-flares. Common techniques are long axis hip distraction & muscle energy techniques, followed by stabilization strategies.
-
Joint mobilization is a manual therapy intervention that addresses arthrokinematic joint motion through passive manipulation. It is usually aimed at a 'target' synovial joint in order to provide pain relief, increase joint mobility, and enhance range of motion.
-
If dry needling is not for you, not to worry because manual trigger point release can be effective as well! Trigger points are palpable nodules in taut bands of the skeletal muscle & fascia. Prolonged manual pressure applied can decrease tissue density and referred pain.
-
Both cervical & lumbar traction offered for spinal decompression, primarily with disc-related conditions & compression injuries.

“Jamie is amazing. I don’t know how she does it, but she can so quickly diagnose and treat issues that have left other health professionals that I have worked with scratching their heads. I highly recommend her.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Jamie and my experiences with her! After my first treatment, I felt better than I had in MONTHS! She takes the time to listen to you, to explain things to you, and gives great exercises that I can do on my own to continue healing. My only regret is that I didn’t start seeing her sooner!”
